I really am going to miss photographing Lincoln every 3 months! Good thing we know his mother loves a good photo, so, we have not see the last of him, folks! I can guarantee that!

It was so fun to go to his new house for his 1 year old photos. A huge thanks to his mom and dad for buying a home with PERFECT natural light! I am for sure bringing my camera to his birthday party tomorrow!

Happy birthday, big guy! You are one lucky boy.

I already know I went photo posting crazy on Breana and Chris! Sorry about that- I had a hard time picking my favorites. I left a bunch out that I would have loved to post. They picked the coldest day in December to shoot their engagements. I love how they think. I’m sure they wanted images completely different than their Key West destination beach wedding! Achieved!

Sometimes you just know. This is one of those times. When I met this couple, I knew they would be awesome parents. Super nice, laid back, excited and ready for their new role in life! Well, to say the least, their daughter was WAY excited to meet them and came early! I Can’t wait to share their baby with you. She is beyond BEAUTIFUL! Perfect!

A gift for Nana

Over Christmas my mother begged for ONE picture of her grandchildren. I set up the timer and took some photos of all of us. By the time all of the grand children were together- it was late..but, we managed to shoot a few right before bed. If we only thought about it like this family did!
This is a perfect gift that every grand parent is sure to love…a group family session. For Nana’s birthday, they gave her a frame and told her the plan.
This is such a smart and thoughtful gift.

Anna’s Back!

We met Anna a few months ago with her large family fan club. We went back to catch her Christmas photos. Of course, she was so much fun throughout the session. She’s such a cutie! enjoy!

Silent auction winner!

In September, DeHart Photography donated a 1 hour session to the Duane Clark Memorial Fund. A silent auction was held at the Brownsburg Applebees for the fallen Brownsburg fire fighter. When you mention such a worthy cause- I am always in! It’s the social worker in me, I guess.

I had the pleasure of meeting this family on a cold, rainy, cloudy, dreary Sunday afternoon in December. What a fun family of 3 plus 1 on the way!

To say this was a fun session is an understatement. On our way back to Indy, we stopped in Walkarusa for a family session with my cousin and her family. While my girls were amazed by the horses, pig, cows, chickens and other small farm animals- I captured this family enjoying their farm and family. We can’t wait to come back in the spring and go horseback riding! What fun…enjoy!
